The Committee suit contains cards representing our persona, personality and even shadowed or out of balance aspects. These inner parts chatter in our minds day and night, each seeming to have needs, prejudices and goals. Sometimes these inner parts contradict each other and/or have conflicting needs. Making cards for our varied aspects can help us obtain a deeper understanding of these parts and encourage cooperation between them.

"Magician"
The Council suit is the most mysterious of the four suits. These cards usually feel more mythical and compelling than our Committee cards. They contain the magnetic and invisible energies of archetypes which act as metaphors with images that grab and direct us. Council cards speak the language of the heart rather than of the mind, the ego or other people, and seem to have a lot of power to bring transformation. Threads of some archetypes weave into your life for phases and some for your whole life.
The retreat will take place at St. Dorothy's Rest near Camp Meeker in Occidental, CA. Spend 3 days surrounded by the beauty and quiet of nature. St. Dorothy's Rest provides a lovely, calming and comfortable environment.
Lydia House - your home during the retreat
The retreat meeting space provides two large rooms, filled with light and views of the beautiful redwoods. Single and double sleeping rooms are upstairs from the meeting spaces.
Healthy meals are lovingly prepared
Enjoy delicious meals prepared utilizing the freshest ingredients available. When possible, local organic produce is used,.
The Retreat will be held at Lydia House at St. Dorothy's Rest. Lydia House is a beautiful, large house where the retreat activities will be held. Upstairs are the sleeping accommodations', with both single and double rooms and shared bathrooms. The sleeping rooms are simple yet comfortable. Meals will be held in the Main House within a short walking distance from Lydia House.
$250 deposit is due with your registration. Payment in full is due no later than March 31. I will not be able to offer refunds after March 31, unless you find someone to fill your reserved space. If you need to cancel after March 31, every effort will be made to transfer your funds to the next retreat. See prices below.
